Fake Dyson Supersonic.

There are fake Dyson products out there and sometimes they are hard to spot.
In this case the machine weighed the 600 grams as expected – the machine was well balanced and looked good at first glance.

The big give away usually is the fact that (for some reason) the fakes have Philips screw heads rather than the usual Torx screw heads which are black.

Upon further inspection I found a few other signs of ‘Cheapness’ – the most obvious before I got into the machine via the filters was the text on the head of the machine contained grammatical errors and the warning icon was clearly not round as it is supposed to be. also the ‘Double Insulated’ (Box within a box) was actually oblong when it should have all sides of equal length.
