Many people struggle when it comes to Dyson filters – many times I see people bring in a machine for a service and either the filter is wet (never use a damp filter in any Dyson) or has been washed incorrectly with the resulting filter being more like a piece of paper.
If your filters are not washed and dried correctly this will lead to your machine complaining and not working as it should
